I would like to buy a black 6 speed.
what are your store hours and do you have one in stock?

Mine just arrived, very nice bike although the fenders were dented and scratched. Also, the rear hub was loosely assembled and had to be redone.
Asked XYZ for new fenders, we’ll see how the follow up service goes. Might order more bikes of various colors for my business if all goes well.

    Dear Sir:
I am interested in a 26″, 6-speed beach cruiser for men. Black color. What would be an estimate to ship this bicycle to Juneau, Alaska? Thank you so much. This looks like a nice comfortable bike fo a 60 -year old man who is young at heart.
    have a great day.

We strongly recommend to purchase shipping insurance. If you have purchased insurance we will ship any replacement part for free (we pay the parts and shipping).

We have the black bike in stock. We are open Monday till Friday 10.30 AM till 6.00 PM and Saturday 12.00 till 5.00 PM.

Regarding the shipping quote it should be available through our shopping cart. Place bike in the cart and click on checkout.

Update: Well, I have to say this bike will be the last XYZ in my shop. It’s poor quality has made it a nightmare, and the customer service vanished when I pointed out the defective parts.
Stay away from the multi-speeds, and if you buy one of these things, inspect each part closely as you unpack it. In fact, I would recommend photographing the box and internal packing as you unpack it since XYZ will try to blame all damage and defects on the shippers (even if the box is undamaged).
