Shipping
You will receive your tracking number once your bicycle is prepared for shipping. We process orders within 1-2 business days. FedEx usually comes the next day to pick up bicycles. California shipping is 1-2 days, NV, AZ, UT 3-4 days, the rest of the nation 7-10 days. If going to Canada please remember that there will be Duty fees, so your purchase price will be higher then what they actually show during checkout.
10 days return & exchange policy
If for any reason, the customer is not satisfied, he/she can return the merchandise within 10 calendar days after delivery, for a refund of purchase price minus the shipping charges and restocking fee. To qualify for this offer, all returned items must be in good & sale worthy condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any merchandise to us. If a returned item is lost or destroyed in transit, your account will not be credited for the return, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from the courier. Therefore we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier for returned items.
For all returns we charge a minimum 20% restocking fee depending on the condition of the bike. This applies to returns as well to exchanges.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received. Please do not return bicycles without first obtaining authorization from us.
Damaged Merchandise
Bike will be sent in the carton box. Box might get damaged during the shipping, but please dont be alarmed. Bicycles survive the shipping just fine in most of the cases.
If there is a damage to certain part we can send you a replacement part (see below for more info). Do not refuse parcel from FedEx as it will make you liable for another shipping cost back to our warehouse. Email us first and we will find a solution so you can enjoy your new bicycle. Most of the problems are easily solved.
in order to process requests for replacement parts you must send us a description of the damaged part(s) in writing with digital photos. We only handle claims via email, claims left on our answering machine will not be processed.
We strongly recommend customers to purchase shipping insurance
If customer purchased shipping insurance (insurance option offered on product page for each bicycle) then we will ship free replacement parts and cover the cost for shipping. If customer did not purchase shipping insurance we will ship replacement parts, but customer is responsible for all costs including shipping.
Please note, we only carry certain parts in stock in our warehouse, as many bicycles are sold only as whole bikes, and we may not have replacements for all damaged parts. If you have any question regarding this issue, please feel free to contact us. We will be glad to help you.
Small blemishes
As a customer you have several choices when buying a new beach cruiser.
You can go to our showroom and make sure that beach cruiser is perfect to your expectations.
Or you already know that you will be loading your bike in your truck, taking them to the beach and expect them to get scratched during the normal use. When buying online from our store there might be small blemishes (scratches) on the bikes, which might happen during shipping or manufacturing process. Please understand that such a situation can happen and such blemishes are not covered by warranty. Shipping bicycles can create scratches on the bike (we are sorry, but there is not much we can do). We do not replace bicycles in cases where the structural integrity of the bike is not affected (such as scratches, dents or small imperfections). We sell our bicycles with factory direct pricing so please be tolerant if there are small imperfections, which do not affect the functionality.
How to return?
It is very important to pack and secure the bicycle. Insure the package for the value of the bicycle and mail it back to us. If you are returning the bike because it was damaged you must first send us photos and a description of the damage before you will receive a return authorization. It is important pack well and insure the package so the risk of further damage or loss is minimized. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Wholesale Orders
All orders which are treated as wholesales or discounted are considered final. Wholesale or orders are those where special prices are offered based on quantity purchased.
Shipping cost
You can find out the exact shipping cost during the checkout process and before the order is final. We ship by FedEx but you can select the type of service you prefer (FedEx Ground, Overnight, 2nd day, etc.). We ship worldwide, but we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

Assembly
All bikes come unassembled in a box. We require all customers to use professional bike shop to assemble bicycles. See Conditions of Use for Warranty Information.
