Shipping
We are mostly making FedEx happy. So, expect a tracking number to be emailed to you by them. Some small items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
It usually takes us 1-2 business days to process the order. If you call us every 5 minutes to check on it, it will not make us work faster! If you are in rush, ask us nicely and we will try the best we can.
California shipping is 1-2 days, NV, AZ, UT 3-4 days, the rest of the nation 7-10 days. If going to Canada, please remember that there will be Duty fees, so your purchase price will be higher than what it actually shows during checkout. There can be about $60 surcharge per bike for customs and fees by FedEx.
Can I get refund or return a bike
No. If you do not like the bike you bought, then sell it on eBay or Craigslist. You will probably make money doing that and save everyone a hassle.
What if the bike gets damaged?
When you order your bike make sure you check YES on Shipping insurance. That will make us much more willing to help you to solve the whole situation. If you didn't select insurance and something happened; calling and yelling might work with other companies (maybe try FedEx, because they most likely damaged the bike)!
Your bike will be sent in the carton box (not good). And it is really not the best packaging to send a bike. Our packaging sucks. . . if you feel we did not package it well, you are right. Unfortunately we are not able to package each bike better way.
On the positive note. Carton box often gets damaged during the shipping, but bicycles survive the shipping just fine in most of the cases.
If FedEx decides that the bike is damaged and sends it back you will get a replacement bike at no cost. It cannot be refused by you. Only a driver can stop the package on the way and return to us. This is the only option we will get a claim paid by FedEx.
If you refuse the bike, FedEx will charge us another shipping fee to deliver back to our warehouse. It is not likely we will be willing to help, unless you pay for all the shipping charges. Do not refuse the delivery. There are other solutions available.
Email us first with detailed description and digital photos. We must be able to see the damage. Small scratches, small dents or minor imperfections are not covered by any warranty. We will really not give you any money or send replacement bike. We are trying to explain it as clearly as possible. Our manager/owner is not willing to make changes from our policy and is never available on the phone when you call with your complain. So please always start with emailing pictures and description of the problem.
If you purchased shipping insurance (insurance option offered on product page for each bicycle) then we will ship free replacement parts and cover the cost for shipping. If you did not purchase shipping insurance you will have to pay for replacement parts and shipping cost. Sometimes it is better to buy the parts at a local bike shop and have them replace them. It might cost less than for us to ship you the parts (and faster, so you can ride your cruiser sooner). Check your local bike shop and come with a reasonable proposal. We will rather send you some money than ship you parts.
Will there be small blemishes?
Yes. Most likely there will be something you do not like. There can be small scratches or imperfections. If you have really high standards and demand only the best then DO NOT BUY from us. We sell CHEAP bikes for people who go to the beach, leave bikes in front of the pubs, load them on trucks and DO NOT worry about every small scratch. Definitively do not order bike over the Internet. Go to the showroom and pick what you want. If you are not sure if you are such person, here is a hint of advise: If it takes you to 1-2 hours to pick the right bike and you always find something wrong after trying twenty of them, then you definitively should not buy over the Internet!
Something is wrong
Wheels do not turn. Frame is too small and fender touches it. Pedal is striped. Most likely it is your fault! Bikes are simple, but need some tweaking during the assembly. Adjusting wheels, putting the fork in right direction, installing fenders in correct direction, putting each pedal on the correct side is all important to have bike ride correctly.
Do not call us to send a replacement bike or parts at the sign of the first problem. Get the bike to local bike shop and let them assemble it or find out what is wrong. If you feel the some parts are defective (warranty issue) then let the bike shop call us directly. We can authorize repair or send you a replacement part. This applies to parts only. Estimate and description of the problem emailed to us will be also a good way around.
Wholesale Orders
If you never bought from us, then you cannot buy wholesale. We want you to know our product before you buy in bulk. Order one bike and let us know how you like it. There are no refunds or returns on wholesale orders. Payment methods are check or wire transfer. No, no credit cards or PayPal. 10% discount is offered for wholesale orders. No, we cannot give you more. But you can save on transportation. Ship bikes by trucking company instead of FedEx.
What is the shipping cost?
You can find out the exact shipping cost during the checkout process and before the order is final. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. We can ship worldwide through Shipito. If you do not like the shipping cost then do not submit the order. We are not forcing your hand. Calling us later and complaining about shipping cost will not help. You have a free will to decide if you want to purchase.
Local Pickup
We are happy if you come, especially if you are a nice person. We do not like high-maintenance people, stupid questions, people who try 20 exact bikes to choose one, people who take too much time to decide.... People who think that our bike for $100 should be the same as bike for $500 they bought somewhere else.

Assembly
All bikes come unassembled in a box. We require all customers to use a professional bike shop to assemble bicycles. Even if you think you know what you are doing most likely, you are wrong. We had our fair share of people who did everything wrong and came later to complain. Let us assemble the bike. Don't be so cheap to pay us $15 for assembly. See Conditions of Use for Warranty Information. and don't forget, assembling the bike yourself voids the warranty.
